Temple of Isis Terms of Service

General Member Policy

As a member of TempleofIsis.com, you are entitled to unlimited, non-expiring access to your member control panel for the purpose of:

  1. Editing temple chapter profile
  2. Editing temple chapter contact data
  3. Editing temple web page on this site
  4. Edting temple blog, a running diary related to your temple chapter
  5. Uploading images to be used in either your temple web page or your temple blog

All members are subject to, and are expected to abide by, the following terms and conditions:

  1. TempleOfIsis.com agrees to provide equal services to any member, regardless of race, gender, lifestyle, political affiliation, or opinion, and agrees to uphold these policies in any decision or arbitration between members.
  2. TempleOfIsis.com is a resource for Temple of Isis chapters to display information about their chapter and events relating to the chapter. Any misdirection of the resources presented on TempleOfIsis.com intended to promote unrelated commercial services or products is grounds for immediate account suspension.
  3. All members will refrain from attempts to vandalize or gain illegal or unauthorized access to any administrative or ownership areas of this site via http request, voluntary file upload, FTP, attempted upload of executables, remote telnet or other connections, or otherwise compromise the structure, programming, or content of this site or the account or account assets of any other member.
  4. Membership on TempleOfIsis.com does NOT grant any member rights to services, conditions, or support beyond those outlined in this User Agreement. Although we will make every effort to address any problems, questions, or concerns you may have, we also reserve the right to ignore poorly presented, vulgar, profane, or unreasonable communications, whether electronic or otherwise.
  5. TempleOfIsis.com is a first-join, first-serve service. We will not enter into member arbitration to force another member to give up a unique member URL, remove or alter chapter web page or blog content in any way unless there is clear evidence of obvious copyright infringement, security violation, or is in violation of this User Agreement.
  6. TempleOfIsis.com reserves the right to include any revisions to this document and member policy at any time, without notice, and members are expected to abide by any such revisions.
  7. TempleOfIsis.com reserves the right to terminate access to any user at any time, without notice or explanation, at our discretion.

Temple Web Page and Blog

Members are encouraged to use both the free web page and blog as you wish with very little limitation. Please abide by the following conditions:

  1. All members shall refrain from the posting of profane, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive language, images, video, sound, or other materials on any portion of this site, including links to websites that contain such materials, and refrain from attempts to circumnavigate the word filters on this site. Please do not force us to pass judgement on what is and what is not "tasteful," this is a public web site and questionable content will be immediately removed.
  2. All members will refrain from intentional defamation of other members, persons, groups, or other entities in an inflammatory manner, including racist or slanderous remarks.
  3. Members will refrain from using external links to video, images, or other media in an attempt to circumnavigate the restrictions on image sizes. These are in place to provide a consistent look and navigation of this web site.
  4. Any attempt to insert Java applets, redirects, Javascript, or other malicious tools will be grounds for immediate account suspension.
