About the Temple of Isis Blog

A blog, also known as a web log,is software that allows a participant to keep a daily journal on a web site. The Temple of Isis web site has a blog for each Temple of Isis chapter enrolled in the site.

Use your blog as often or as little as you like. Make entries to keep visitors informed of Temple events; post prayers and thoughts, or use it as a journal or diary to cronicle enlightening experiences in your life.

The main blog index page displays the last 25 blog entries in brief with the most recent blog entries first. Links in each blog entry take you to a detail page to view the full entry. The last 5 most recent blog entries are displayed on the main page of the web site to promote use of the blog. The more entries you make, the more often newcomers will visit your blog and page.

You can only add new entries or edit blog entries after logging in to your account. Currently there is no expiration on editing entries, you may edit any of your blog entries at any time.

Any of the three contacts in a chapter can add or edit blog entries if they are assigned permissions to do so by the primary contact. For more information on managing temple contacts visit the Site Help Page.
